Cooperative Program Coordinator jobs in Pensacola, FL

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team.

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various education and exhibition programs. Your role will involve managing relationships with clients, installing exhibitions, and ensuring the successful execution of educational program objectives.

Duties:

• Work with the Executive Director and exhibitions committee to build exhibit schedules and coordinate with artists.
• Plan and install new exhibits, including hanging art and building a lighting plan.
• Create title cards and signage to correspond with exhibitions.
• Manage teacher roster including finding new teachers, scheduling classes, and coordinating with teachers on their needs.
• Administer contracts for teachers.
• Coordinate schedules for classes and workshops.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies needed for events and classes in facilities.
• Be available to meet with artists for art intakes and exhibitions drop off.
• Ensure readiness of the building prior to scheduled classes & exhibitions including setting up tables, chairs, and supplies, and breaking them down.
• Collaborate with team members on initiatives, projects, and goals.
• Prepare monthly reports including activity and check requests for exhibit sales for management.
• Serve customers by answering the phone and greeting visitors.
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Experience:

• Must have the ability to maintain good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with the public and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, Apple computers and printers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Drive/Docs.
• Proven experience in program development
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,320.00 - $36,920.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
