    Job Description

    ProSidian Seeks a AMMS Program And Technical Coordinator (Full-Time) located in The Hanford Tri-Cities Area (Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford in Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area. 

    The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide General Support Services Contractor (GSSC) assistance to support DOE Hanford [which consists of Richland Operations Office (RL), and Office of River Protection (ORP)] in support of the Govt’s operations, personnel management, and general administration of regional operations at the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.  ProSidian Consulting's work includes supporting DOE requirements for consulting support, acquisition support, program/project management support, operational/administrative business support, and environmental consulting support. 

    AMMS Program & Technical Coordinator O&A Business Candidates shall work to support requirements as a AMMS Program And Technical Coordinator and provide general support services for project and program coordination and development of project and program coordination tools, review, and analysis (Operational And Administrative Business Support) to The Department of Energy (DOE), Richland Operations Office (RL), Office of the Assistant Manager for Mission Support (AMMS)

    The AMMS Program And Technical Coordinator shall provide support in the following areas:

    • Assist in coordinating program and project review activities and prepare management reports;
    • Support compilation of performance incentives for work under the MSC and Occupational Medical (OCCMED) contracts;
    • Assist in coordinating subject matter expert (SME) evaluation of work performed under the contract for fee determination, key performance goals, quarterly presentations, and contractor performance assessments;
    • Assist in coordinating SME inputs into the RL Integrated Evaluation Plan; track and report results to AMMS;
    • Assist in developing presentation material to be included within project and program documents and used in internal and external presentation of the document information;
    • Track action items from program and project meetings;
    • Provide facilitation, process re-engineering, identification of best practices, transformation/change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, and information system development methods and practices. 
    • Assist SMEs in conducting process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process improvements.
    • Assist to SMEs in the development of project and program documents including research information, review and comment, and provide administration and follow-up on comment resolution;
    • Provide technical writing support in preparing technical documents such as Accident Investigations, Project Plans, Management Plans, etc.;
    • Analyze and make recommendations for the improvement of AMMS management systems;
    • Assist AMMS in contract administration of the AMMS portfolio through tracking the submission of deliverables, providing assistance in the administration of the baseline change control process, and supporting interface management between contractors;
    • Assist in developing and analyzing business processes and developing tools and systems to support SMEs in performing their contract oversight responsibilities including online information sharing and electronic records retention;
    • Assist in the administration of program, project and contract document configuration control which includes timeliness in releasing contract changes and briefings for review and coordination of change control process;
    • Assist in developing and analyzing business processes, and develop tools and systems to support identifying and prioritizing current and emerging work within the AMMS portfolio;
    • Assist in developing presentation materials, including briefings, white papers, position papers, research documentation, assessment reports, etc., as requested; and,
    • Support RL in organizing, facilitating and documenting Core Team activities, including coordinating meetings and schedules.
    • Assist with AMMS Portfolio Management System.
    • Assist with program and project activity coordination.
    • Assist with AMMS SharePoint/IDMS architecture.
    • Assist with AMMS business rhythms and business flow charts and other business process re-engineering documentation.
    • Assist with AMMS briefing materials and reports.
    • Assist with Project and program reports, documents, and presentation materials; and
    • Assist with activity tracking and assessment tools.
    • Assist with business process re-engineering, and provide recommendations for improving business processes and management systems.

    Qualifications

    The AMMS Program And Technical Coordinator shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position.  Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    AMMS Program And Technical Coordinator personnel shall possess the following minimum qualifications:

    • 5 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in providing group facilitation and forms of knowledge transfer
    • Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques
    • Ability to communicate and interact successfully with others at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
    • Experience in monitoring the status of projects and programs;
    • Experience in establishing project and program documentation and structure and configuration control
    • Experience in applying analysis techniques, performing various types of review, developing process improvements, and using automation tools
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other automation tools
    • Proficiency with electronic document management systems such as LiveLink by OpenText;
    • Experience in working with  contractor and government personnel in problem solving and formulating strategies;
    • Effective verbal and written communications skills, customer service skills, and work relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities;
    • Demonstrated ability to create various types of performance status reports
    • U.S. citizenship

    TRAVEL:  Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.

    LOCATION:  Work shall be conducted at the Department of Energy - Richland Operations Office, The Hanford Site, and Richland, WA.
