The Job:

As a WORK FROM HOME Retention Sales Agent in the US, your job is to help to retain customers by finding a solution that fully resolves their request and to have the customer feel so good about their agent interaction they will recommend our brand to their friends and family

We need to not only find a solution, but to create such a positive, memorable interaction, the customer bases their "likely to recommend" survey score on the Retention agent and not all their previous experiences with the company

While Customer Care works to resolve issues, Retention works to BOTH resolve top call issues and turn detractors into promoters. Retention is a Sales position

As an agent, you’ll be:

• Answering incoming transfers, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit the customer
• Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution
• Advocating the brand and building customer loyalty, and retaining their account

You would be a great fit if you have:

• 1 years’ experience with Retention, Sales, and/or Collections
• A high emotional intelligence to deal with a wide range of customer personalities and customer issues
• The ability to de-escalate irate customers and solve complex issues under tight time frames
• Excellent active listening and verbal/written communication skills, including conversational skills
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
