Customer Service Representative Job description

ProPrint Digital is seeking a successful, driven individual to join our CSR team as a Customer Service Representative for digital and offset printing. The duties of a Customer Service Representative will include, but not limited to, estimate and order writing, getting job tickets into production, following jobs thru the shop to help ensure on time delivery and working with outside vendors, production and sales team, helping out in Graphics, Digital press/copy Department or Bindery if needed. Clients place orders via email, order online from storefronts, over the phone and walk in.

Desired Skills and Experience

A successful Customer Service Representative candidate will have excellent communication skills. Experience in Commercial Print, Direct Mail Printing, Static as well as personalized / variable data, Digital color print and black & white printing ; Online document/ communication solutions. A CSR will be Writing up quotes, orders and following jobs thru the shop. working hand in hand with outside sales to get clients orders/quotes to them in a timely manner. A good attitude and ability to multi task in fast paced environment is required. Experience in Large Format Printing, Offset Print, Digital Print, Advertising Specialties/Promotional Products or marketing a plus.
