As a copywriter you will work independently as well as in a team, responsible for writing creative copy for traditional and digital marketing campaigns targeting new and existing members. You will report directly to the Creative Director.  

Apply if you have/are:

• Minimum 4 years of experience. 
• Experience working for creative agencies. 
• Compelling portfolio of work spanning a wide range of creative projects. 
• Stays abreast of best practices and techniques to continually develop fresh and creative content. 
• Monitor urgent copy changes for graphics and coordinate change turnaround times with project management. 
• Must be highly organized and flexible; able to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. 
• Be proactive, fun and have a positive outlook. 
• Be able to embrace collaboration, change, and creativity. 

• Start with clear understanding of brand uniqueness, brand tone and personality
• Write with clarity of target, with campaign and business goals in mind. In every case ensure communication is purposeful as it clearly delivers on intended takeaways and call to action. 
• Conceptualize and write engaging content for creative initiatives, including integrated marketing campaigns, collateral, social, email, blog, newsletter and other related traditional and digital elements. 
• Researches and writes content for marketing campaigns based on completed consultation and/or industry best practices. 
• Adherence to established corporate brand standards. Make sure all communications are as consistent as they can be. 
• Ensure projects are completed at a high level of execution and on time. 
• Provide revisions that are accurate and follow the direction of the Creative Director. 
• Ability to present copy solutions / ideas to Supervisor and key stakeholders. 

• $70,000 - $80,000 salary commensurate with experience
