About the role

Simplehuman is seeking a Copywriter with some background in journalism or food to join its Marketing team.  The Copywriter will produce clear, engaging copy for various paid and organic marketing channels.  This is an on-site, full-time position in our Torrance, CA office. 

Responsibilities:

• Support e-commerce and marketing campaigns such as email marketing, social media, push notifications, and others

• Maintain simplehuman brand and tone of voice – ensuring all marketing copy leave a clear and positive impression
• Collaborate with Marketing team to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials

• Follow the marketing content calendar to coordinate and execute campaigns
• Contribute to marketing campaign ideation
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, or related field
• Journalism or food writing background required
• Articulate verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and e-commerce
• Possess a sense of urgency and initiative
• Excellent organization and project management
