    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    Data Analysis Assistance:
    • Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.
    • Learn to use data analytics tools and software to analyze reports and visualizations.

    Sales Support:
    • Support the team by providing data-driven insights, including basic sales forecasts and performance analysis.
    • Conducts new equipment field demonstrations, if on location and applicable
    • Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used equipment.
    • Help manage customer inquiries and provide assistance with order processing.

    Customer Data M    anagement:
    • Maintain customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Learn to segment customer data based on basic criteria to support marketing efforts.

    Competitor Research:
    • Assist in monitoring competitor activities, including product offerings and pricing.
    • Provide basic insights on competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
    • Monitors trends in online activities and communicates to Digital Sales Manager

    Digital Tools Familiarization:
    • Learn to navigate and utilize digital sales tools and software to aid in sales processes.
    • Assist in data entry and record-keeping within digital platforms.

    Basic Reporting:
    • Generate simple sales performance reports and contribute to the preparation of presentations for sales meetings.

    Learning and Development:
    • Actively engage in training and mentorship to develop analytical skills and industry knowledge.
    • Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
    • Seek opportunities to enhance knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.


    SKILLS     & COMPETENCIES

    Interest in data analysis, digital tools, and the agricultural industry.
    Understand digital sales metrics/goals and how these targets are achieved
    Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, executive management, and cross-functional partners through written and verbal methods
    Excellent time management skills
    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Access, etc.)
    Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
    Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
    Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    Enthusiasm for learning and applying data-driven insights to support sales efforts.
    Bilingual candidate with fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages, preferably.


    EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

    High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates’ or Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field is a plus.

    Two (2) years sales or online sales, data analysis experience with proven ability to complete remote sales.
