- Looking for a candidate with 3 years of relevant social media marketing / communications management experience
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Communication Coordinator/ Content Creator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating content for our corporate and operating brand’s social media pages. They will be responsible for monitoring social media channels and other online channels and promptly responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and customer-centric manner. They will have the ability to engage our audiences of current and prospect employees,proactively identify opportunities to drive positive online reviews and manage review platforms effectively and address any issues or concerns. Additionally, they will supporting other communication initiatives as needed.

- Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content (including graphics and videos)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Experience with social media management tools

Job Requirements:
- 3 years of professional experience in marketing and/or communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, English or related field preferred
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail, grammar, and style.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in relevant social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, and their respective best practices
- Experience with social media management tools
- Demonstrated experience with content creation, including graphics and videos
- A team player with the ability to multi-task and who is self-directed.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Must be deadline-focused, organized, and exhibit problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, Indesign, WordPress
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand, tone and voice
- Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social media in a timely manner
- Work with communication and HR to plan and execute social media advertising campaigns
- Monitor social media analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust the strategy as necessary
- Collaborate within communication team to generate new content ideas and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy
- Collaborate within communication and with HR to plan, execute, and promote online hiring campaigns
