Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership of the global data governance function.
Develop and implement a shared vision/strategy for scalable, effective and usable Data Governance in partnership with Business leaders and the VP of Analytics Data Platform.
Build strong partnerships with business leadership from exec level to middle management across business functions and produce a data governance roadmap.

Create and gain consensus for enterprise data governance principles including data ownership, access, quality, privacy/security, compliance and certification.
Be a role model for client/customer centricity for the entire data engineering and analytics team.
Foster a culture of providing actionable business insights and measurable ROI of data operations to cross-functional leaders.
Facilitate the strategies and implementation of the data component of the strategic split of Flash and HDD organizations.
