JOB TITLE: Remote Social Media Copywriter (part-time)

LOCATION: Fully remote

ROLE TYPE/DURATION: Part-time contract, 20-25 hours per week; 5-6 month duration

COMPENSATION: $45/hr-$55/hr, commensurate with experience

IMPORTANT NOTE: A background check is required for this position

JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a Part-Time Social Media Copywriter responsible for a variety of projects, including advertising campaigns, websites, social media content, and more. You will work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and messaging that resonate with our target audience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and ideas
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices (humor a must as well)

WHAT'S REQUIRED TO APPLY:

• 5 years of copywriting experience
• Agency experience preferred
• Must have a portfolio of work showcasing previous examples of a similar brand voice/audience
• Need to be able to write in a humorous, playful tone
