    • Content Creation and Distribution: Oversee the creation, optimization, and distribution of digital content across multiple platforms including websites, social media, email, and mobile apps to effectively engage different audiences.
    • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts by developing content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
    • Paid Advertising: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Manage budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and campaign optimization.Plan and develop content for various clients and channels
    • Research and identify latest media trends and practices. Monitor the results of various media campaigns
    • Prepare and present detailed and accurate reports on media activities conducted
    • Estimate and monitor the assigned budget for various media-related activities
    • Ensure that the promotional activities conducted are in-line with brand guidelines and client objectives

    Education/Experience:

    • College degree in a related field such as marketing, advertising, communications, etc. or demonstrated success in a similar position
    • Digital Marketing Experience: Essential experience in strategy development, campaign management, SEO optimization, and analytics.
    • Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and understanding analytics.
    • Content Creation and Management: Experience in writing, editing, and optimizing content across digital channels.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation software.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word document development, editing and archiving

    Job Description:

    • Full-time, salary position based in Anchorage
    • Competitive annual salary (based on experience)
    • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks / Time accrued each payday.
