You will be responsible for coordinating all matters relating to projects with clients, helping to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly, and ensuring that timelines are met so that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of your projects. Take charge of planning, coordinating, and overseeing tasks to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.

· Work in tandem with a client team to align resources and goals for project success.

· Manage client deliverables, ensuring they are on-point and delivered on time.

· Facilitate day-to-day communication with team members and clients, ensuring strategy execution and obtaining necessary feedback and approvals.

· Coordinate internal teams to stay on top of timelines and upcoming deliverables.

· Establish task deadlines and maintain alignment on projects, holding all stakeholders accountable.

· Identify and book all resources needed for the project

Requirements:

· 3-5 years of project management experience.

· Proficiency in project management tools.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Stellar interpersonal skills.

· Sharp problem-solving skills.

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Adaptability to fast-paced work environments.

· Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
