The CopyWriting Manager - Digital manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a CopyWriting Manager - Digital typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. JOB DUTIES:
Oversee the day-to-day operations focusing on consistent achievement of client’s and company’s objectives. Develop operational strategies to achieve business goals and performance targets. Direct administrative activities related to provided services. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, to measure productivity or goal achievement. Identify improvement opportunities related to processes, operational outcomes and cost reduction. Effectively allocate resources across projects, work teams, and skill levels. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Compliance Guidelines. Partner across retrieval methods and functions to improve retrieval performance. Maintain positive work climate to attract, retain and motivate associates at all levels. Address potential customer concerns.
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM (40 hours per week)
SALARY:
$ 154, 000 00 per year.
