Position overview:
The exciting, fast-growing Aerospace Defense Federal and Marine (ADFM) team is actively recruiting for a professional Services Program Manager! As a Siemens Program Manager, you will lead a large project with multiple teams to help customers realize the value of a PLM solution. You will establish and communicate clear program priorities and activities. This role is the primary point of contact to align the customer, partners, and the Siemens delivery teams.
As part of the Professional Services team, you will collaborate with Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Industry Experts, and Product Development teams to ensure program and customer success.
This position will report directly to the ADFM Director of Project Delivery. This team consists of eighteen Project and Program Managers.
Responsibilities:
Work with Sales and Services Management to initiate, review, and acquire agreement on program governance with the customer
Define and communicate program roles and responsibilities
Drive the customer to realize value from Siemens PLM Solutions and guide the customer through the Siemens PLM Delivery Framework
Conduct customer management through detailed identification, analysis, and planning of actions to mediate with and influence partners
Set up all required processes in alignment with all partners, establishing appropriate communication on all levels for a program
Proactively supervise the programs’ overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective and preventive action as appropriate
Perform program risk management, including planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling
Implement organizational transition at the program level to ensure the dependencies of the change are reflected and understood
Orchestrate program schedules to ensure timely delivery
Review and identify critical paths and lead program dependencies
Perform program quality management, ensure the solution meets requirements, and lead compliance with standards, rules, and regulations
Regularly conduct program reviews and retrospectives, integrating the outcomes and lessons learned into the organization to improve the resilience of the Siemens PLM Delivery Framework
Ensure the program delivers to the approved budget and agreed margin and that are both regularly reviewed
Implement program management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, and quality
Advise the work of employees and subcontractors assigned to the program
Efficiently communicate program progress with the customer and support customer adoption
Together with Engagement Management, identify and build additional opportunities within and beyond the ongoing program
Grow the business through follow-on service contracts or program change orders to scope
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology, or an equivalent level of knowledge in PLM
Multiple years of experience as a Project Manager for Teamcenter solutions or comparable products, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator, or Agile
Previous leadership experience with Enterprise PLM, ERP, or MES implementations with project budgets over $1M US
Experience leading a group of professional architects and consultants during a software implementation to achieve results
Multiple years of team-leading experience in a customer-facing environment
Connect with a high degree of creativity, self-confidence, and persuasiveness
An initiative-taker with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels throughout an organization
Certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or International Project Management Association (IPMA) or equivalent
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

The total cash compensation range for this position is $135,700 to $271,400 with 10% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
