    Summary of Role:

    The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing tactics to drive traffic to our 500 retail hearing center locations in Sam’s Clubs, and our three primary DTC websites (lucidhearing.com, etymotic.com, westoneaudio.com). The manager will have experience in email marketing, digital media, and website content management. This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Experience.

    Job Description:

    Email Programs:

    • Participate in the content planning of weekly email campaigns for each brand, partnering closely with the creative team
    • Set up drip and mass email campaigns in Twilio SendGrid
    • Establish and maintain reporting on email performance

     

    Website Content:

    • Recognize opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion on company websites
    • Participate in discussions with web development teams to add new features, including customer reviews and other enhanced content
    • Work closely with the creative team on the development of new content and assist with loading new content into WooCommerce CMS
    • Restructure and organize Google Analytics accounts and campaign reporting set up with GA4, working with development teams
    • Manage Google Business listings

     

    Digital Media Execution:

    • Support digital media agency with clear and timely communication of company initiatives and objectives
    • Manage affiliate partnerships to grow program revenue and brand exposure
    • Recognize opportunities for continued optimization across all media channels
    • Establish dashboard reporting for media performance across all partners & channels
    • Familiarity with traditional marketing tactics (CRM, print media, etc) is a plus
    • Other duties as assigned and developed (ie. Text programs, social)

    Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a related subject
    • Three years of related experience
    • Experience with Google Analytics and email service platforms
    • Experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft Office applications
