Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Sales Team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Sales Team performance and efficiency
- Set performance goals and targets for Sales agents
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, changes, and goals
