RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
lLead and oversee all aspects of the ad sales function, including strategy development, revenue forecasting, and client relationship management.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability across multiple platforms and channels.
lBuild and maintain strong relationships with telecom companies, Equipment vendors, etc. and serve as the primary point of contact for all telecom sales initiatives.
lCollaborate with internal teams, including PLTE solutions, RF Engineers, and management to align with our overall business objectives and priorities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in sales tactics and solutions.
lProvide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the entire sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
lRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, demonstrating thought leadership and promoting our brands and offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
minimum 10 years of experience in telecom sales, with a proven track record of selling telecom solutions (B2B) and experience at the executive level (Director )
lBachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience; MBA preferred.
lProven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving sales growth in a competitive market environment.
