Job Overview

CPA Practice Advisor is seeking a creative and proven digital publication operations leader to join our team and play a key role in pursuing our growth objectives for 2024 and beyond. The Manager, Digital Publication Operations will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of the various digital products that CPA Practice Advisor produces. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing processes and workflows and is adept at communicating with colleagues and clients alike. The Digital Publication Operations Manager will need to excel at working with internal teams and clients and various software tools. This function will be the hub around which CPAPA activities flow. This is a full-time hybrid position. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally with business development, editorial, creative services, and others to produce industry-leading digital products for our partners and readers.
• Project planning, managing, routing, and ensuring fulfillment of incoming orders for all digital products including banner ads, newsletters, webinars, third party emails, white papers, and more.
• Communicate with clients on material collection and specifications needed to fill orders for digital product offerings, ensure proper testing, track status and provide reports to clients as needed.
• Fulfill orders for digital products using tools such as Google Ad Manager, MagHub and others.
• Collaborate with event coordinators to create landing pages to facilitate registration and delivery of webinars and other asset promotions.
• Monitor ongoing ad campaigns to ensure proper delivery
• Manage website and digital publication through the proprietary CMS.
• Develop and refine workflows to maximize efficiency and increase automation
• Project planning and management for all CPA PA sponsored ads
• Support of CPA PA sponsored webinar execution
• Be the admin/SME for customer comms including MailChimp
• Support CPA PA social media management, promotional email design, and overall reporting
• Manage projects and deliverables across our tools including AdOrbit, Piano, Mailchimp, Wrike

Requirements

• An understanding of Digital magazine publishing
• Strong process and project management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external
• Knowledge and experience with digital publishing tools (e.g., MagHub, Piano, CMS) a plus
• Experience with graphic design, editing and proofreading is a plus
