Position Summary LaRose Industries LLC d/b/a Cra-Z-Art, an Arts & Crafts, Activities, Puzzle and Stationery manufacturer located in Randolph, NJ is seeking a qualified candidate for our growing digital commerce business. This role 100% on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team member engaged in managing overall, growing digital commerce initiative to help maximize on-line sales, primarily Amazon, focusing on additional omni-channel retailers as business grows

· Amazon Catalog Management: Manage the catalog across our Toys & Games and Stationery categories. Make sure digital shelf on all active products are current. Troubleshoot any listing issues, track brand health issues, and perform periodic audits to make sure all front end/back-end listing information is correct

· Lead Power User of Salsify e-commerce software platform to ensure our retail partners have the most current product information and digital assets. Own all internal Salsify tasks ensuring records are created and kept updated for retailer publication and for sales team use

· Ensure a best-in-class brand experience by managing content creation process for title, bullet points and descriptions to drive traffic

· Coordinate photography for digital commerce items. Work with internal Amazon Team and Comp Team to coordinate samples to be sent to external photographer. Ensure all photographs are uploaded into Salsify

· Build, publish and update Amazon A enhanced content; work with Product Teams, Photography and Video Production to obtain necessary digital assets and videos

· Manage Amazon Product Compliance Documentation; work with Quality Assurance to provide accurate reports for product compliance to always ensure 100% compliance with Amazon’s requirements

· Constant learning of what is working on Amazon and other retailers, the competitive landscape, and new features for vendors

· Ad Hoc projects including but not limited to; managing Amazon Packaging Certification, Promotion Tracking, Chargeback Analysis and Appeal Coordination, etc.

Experience/Requirements:

· 2-3 years Salsify experience

· 3-5 years direct experience managing Amazon business, including Vendor Central proficiency

· Strong written communication

· Strong project management skills

· Proficiency MS Word and Excel

Education:

· BA/BS Degree

- Ensure quality control by conducting thorough testing and reviewing deliverables before final approval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital project management

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in SQL, Google Suite, content management systems (CMS), Adobe Creative Suite, analytics platforms, social media marketing tools, SEO principles, research techniques, JavaScript, and HTML5
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
