Roles and Responsibilities:- ·
Provide overall project management leadership and oversight. · Identify and assign resources, including sub-vendors and service providers. · Implement and follow industry best practices, standards, and methodologies. · Facilitate communication between the government and contractor. · Utilize ITIL methodologies in the program management structure. · Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP). · Organize and lead project kick-off meetings and orientation sessions. · Ensure compliance with contractual requirements. · Track and manage project activities, schedules, and costs. · Provide regular status reports and participate in progress reviews. · Collaborate with FYSB staff and coordinate tasks according to program direction.
