Corporate Compliance Director manages the compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices for an organization or business. Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws. Being a Corporate Compliance Director oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes. Implements risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance. Additionally, Corporate Compliance Director evaluates and implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations. Delivers communication and training initiatives that inform stakeholders about compliance requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Compliance Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Compliance Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Corporate Business Analyst

    SUMMARY:

    • In the position of Business Development Analyst, individuals will demonstrate their leadership skills and quantitative mindset to support various business units/functions on both the day-to-day operations as well as longer-term strategic and cross-functional projects.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance and teams to develop and maintain an accurate demand forecast and production plan.
    • Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement S&OP metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review and adjust the S&OP plan as needed to meet changing business requirements.
    • Work closely with all departments to ensure raw materials, finished goods, and transportation align with the S&OP plan.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the S&OP process and overall supply chain efficiency.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, supply chain, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning or related field.
    • Experience in the corrugated industry ideal.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
