Full-time, on-site position available for a strong candidate to oversee marketing for Zoofari Parks. We operate growing, dynamic zoological facilities and are hiring staff who best reflect our commitment to animal conservation and preservation, as well as visitor education and entertainment. The ideal candidate must possess a strong knowledge of all marketing avenues and be results driven.

· Assess and develop the company’s marketing plan and marketing strategy
· Plan, coordinate and direct marketing efforts
· Build brand awareness, including positioning
· Coordinate marketing projects from beginning to end
· Create and manage advertising campaigns
· Develop and understand finance and budgets
· Oversee and lead the marketing team to strategize and implement marketing campaigns
· Analyze progress and results of marketing campaigns, compiling comprehensive reports on a routine basis
· Oversee the graphic design team and social media coordinators within the department
· Hire and train qualified staff for the Marketing Department as needed
· Oversee websites, social media, camera-ready print ads, brochure fulfillment pieces, billboards, etc.
· Proven experience in marketing and managing a marketing team, 10 years of experience preferred
