How you’ll have an impact at beem® Light Sauna:

beem® Light Sauna is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Franchisee Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and regulations across our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring franchisee activities, conducting audits, and providing guidance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and legal requirements.

As a Compliance Officer, a typical day might include a mix of the following: 

• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance for studios
• Onboard compliance in Franchisee Tracking Platform
• Develop and maintain compliance processes and procedures.
• Send requested paperwork for Franchisees upon their request
• Work with Legal to create membership agreements for studios to stay compliant with state law.
• Investigate and address compliance issues as they arise.
• Prepare and submit reports to the team
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance measures.
• Manage resale process 
• Manage studio closing
• Monitor changes in franchisee industry standards and best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Finance).
• Paralegal Certificate ~ preferred
• Experience in Franchise Compliance or a law firm ~ preferred
