    Position Overview:
    As the Corporate Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of assisted living, skilled nursing, or drug rehabilitation services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
    • Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
    • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role within the healthcare industry.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP and healthcare industry regulations.
    • Experience with assisted living, skilled nursing, or drug rehabilitation services preferred.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
