    The Quality Compliance Officer at Cytiva will provide quality assurance services to ensure the integrity of products received and shipped out, services provided to clients, support business and customer needs, and comply with government regulations, industry and OpCo standards.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Host Customer / Certification audits in line with Corporate and BU guidelines
    • Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Management System standards (internal Audit Program, Customer Audit Response
    • Be a system administrator in our global document management system (VEEVA and Magic)
    • Review Quality documents, Support in training activities related to Cornerstone
    • Maintain Site Document Control Systems (revisions, controlled copies, and document uploads

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent by experience in Quality in a similar, highly ISO regulated BU/industry
    • At least 5 years of experience with customer and auditor interaction
    • Insights in applicable ISO9001:15 standards
    • Effective communication, coordination, and administration skills with Internal/External Customers
    • Strong technical writing skills for Customer Response, Memos
