Corporate Construction Manager jobs in Charleston, SC

Prefer a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with a four-year college degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management AND 10 YEARS of Federal Construction Management experience on site.

Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of construction practices and techniques, including experience in proper installation methods of construction materials
• Understanding construction procedures, including the ability to understand/read different project scheduling software, especially Critical Path Method (CPM)
• Great communication skills
• Experience in conducting inspections to resolve problems on construction projects.
• Ability to inspect materials, workmanship, and construction and installation of various systems, and experience in the actual inspection of construction materials, workmanship, and installation of systems.
• Tracking submittals, RFI's and other construction documentation
• Ability to interpret Engineering and Architectural plans and specifications.
• Documentation and Contract Controls
• Understand different project delivery methods, specifically Design Build.
• Davis Bacon reviews
• Observe/Review/Report

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,390.91 - $72,685.69 per year
