Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Be present on-site during work hours daily
· Manage and coordinate all contractors and suppliers on the project
· Collaborate daily with the Project Manager, Design Team, and Owner
· Ability to drive schedule milestones
· Ensure quality control
· Resolve issues as they arise and seek support from Project Manager as needed
· Prepare and maintain daily reports (Documentation of the project)
· Process and document RFI’s, ASI’s, PR’s, Submittals, and other necessary documents
· Perform and document weekly meetings with contractors
· Ensure all work and paperwork is 100% complete at or before final completion date
