Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that construction plans are accurate and feasible
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
