Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Director maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Compliance to join our team.
Directs and oversees the corporate compliance and governance functions.
Provides day-to-day leadership and guidance to the compliance department.
Ensures industry best-practices that enhance and protect the business.
Leads privacy and HIPAA compliance oversight matters, often in conjunction with I/T and enterprise counterparts.
Requires coordination and collaboration on various enterprise-wide compliance and regulatory matters.
Serves as LifeSecure legal resource, as well as the liaison to enterprise Office of General Counsel for legal-related matters pertaining to or affecting LifeSecure Insurance Company, excluding HR-related.
Serves as LifeSecure’s Privacy Official.
