Corporate Giving Director identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and implements strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Director manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Director maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Giving Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Wir arbeiten eng mit einem Schweizer Private Equity Unternehmen zusammen, welches Sie intensiv unterstützen werden.
Unsere ehemaligen Trainees sagen über uns, dass sie hier in zwei Monaten soviel gelernt haben wie in einem Jahr Studium.
Stellenbeschreibung
Ihre Aufgaben sind vielfältig und interessant:
- Buy-Side Advisory
- Mögliche Akquisitionsobjekte identifizieren und kontaktieren
- Potenzielle Akquisitionsobjekte prüfen (Finanzanalyse, strategischer Fit) und bewerten
- Kaufangebote erstellen und verhandeln
- Due Diligence, Vertragsverhandlungen und Vollzug der Transaktionen
- Sell-Side Advisory: Sie erstellen Vermarktungsdokumente, bewerten die Unternehmen, identifizieren und kontaktieren mögliche Kaufinteressenten und begleiten die Transaktionen
- Financial Advisory: Sie erstellen Business-, Liquiditäts- und Finanzplanungen sowie herausfordernde Spezialanalysen
- Startup Advisory:
- Sie überarbeiten Startup Pitch Präsentationen, erstellen Teasers, positionieren die Startups in unserem Investoren Netzwerk
- Sie unterstützen unsere Startups als externer CFO
Qualifikationen
Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor oder Master in Wirtschaftswissenschaften einer angesehenen Fachhochschule oder Universität.
Sie kommunizieren und analysieren gerne und geben sich nicht mit dem ersten Ergebnis zufrieden.
Sie können selbständig arbeiten und bringen sich gerne ein.
Unternehmensberatung, M&A sowie Private Equity interessieren Sie und vorzugsweise haben Sie bereits Kenntnisse in einem dieser Bereiche erworben.
Sie haben gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch perfekt in Wort und Schrift.
Zusätzliche Informationen
Die Stelle ist je nach Background für den Einstieg durch ein Trainee Program (6 Monate; nahtloser Übertritt vom Trainee zum Analysten) oder direkt als (Senior) Analyst geeignet. Werkstudenten sind ebenfalls willkommen.
Pensum 60-100%.
Der Arbeitsvertrag ist unbefristet.
Remote Work im Ausland oder Homeoffice in der Schweiz sind möglich.
