Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Director manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Job Description
Busy, boutique Lake Tahoe law firm seeks full or three-quarter time (32 or 40 hours per week) Corporate Legal Assistant/Paralegal with 2 years minimum/5 years preferred legal or contract management experience. Experience in the areas of corporate law preferred. This position involves a variety of projects and tasks to support the firm’s lawyers such as: client communications; reception and client intake; maintaining and organizing files; tracking and managing annual renewals for several hundred entities, drafting, preparing, filing and/or recording various types of legal documents; preparing correspondence; maintaining calendars/scheduling; managing attorney’s task list; processing billing; errands and other legal assistant tasks as needed.
Initially, this will be an in-office position but we are open to considering a hybrid in-office / remote schedule depending upon experience level and/or after an acceptable training and integration period (minimum of 3 months). Candidate must be local to the Tahoe/Reno/Carson City vicinity.
