Corporate Giving Director identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and implements strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Director manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Director maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Giving Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     As Medical Director, you will be part of an exciting new model of care combining good old fashioned bedside manner with utilizing innovative technologies to dramatically reduce patients' return to hospital and achieve better outcomes.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assume the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of implementing our medical services, policies, and procedures according to federal, state and local regulations; and current practice of post-acute and long-term care medicine.
    • Coordinate medical care, including emergency treatment procedures, maintain effective liaison with attending physicians, and implement methods to keep the quality of care under constant surveillance.
    • Provide necessary physician services for those residents within the skilled nursing facilities and/or clinic environment

    Qualifications:

    • M.D. or D.O. required
    • Gerontology certification preferred
    • MD or DO license in State of Ohio
    • ABMS Board Certified in: Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Geriatrics or Hospice/ Palliative
    • 5 years of experience working with geriatric or long-term care population
    • Demonstrated experience working with and educating NP’s

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Health care management/leadership experience
    • Familiarity with CMS, Medicare Advantage, SNP Rules and Regulations
    • HCC and Risk Adjusted reimbursement methodology
    • Inpatient/SNF utilization metrics and bed day management
    • State specific collaborative practice agreements and midlevel practitioner licensing
    • Knowledge of EMR
