Job Description:
Berry College is seeking a director of its mid-level annual giving program. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Alumni Engagement and Development, the Director is responsible for managing and growing the College's mid-level giving program, which is responsible for $2 million in annual revenue from gifts ranging from $1,000 to $25,000.
The Director works collaboratively with gift officers and development colleagues, to develop an integrated mid-level giving plan which incorporates strategies to identify, cultivate, and move donors into and through the donor continuum of mid-level giving into the major gift program ($25,000 ).
