Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Loan Administrator/ Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Administrator/ Imaging Specialist, you will work with all branches to facilitate the processing and servicing of new and existing loans ensuring compliance with regulatory as well as FirStier Bank operating policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and strong mathematical skills will ensure accurate and efficient processing of loan documents.
Duties:
- Review daily reports (paid notes, notices, non-post transactions, loan maintenance reports, new note audit and others)
- Create loan documentation for all branches - for new loans and any changes to existing loans
- Tracking of OREO, Special Assets, and Participation Loans
- FHLB loan review
- HELOC and Ready Reserve statements
- Returned loan payment ACH and check items
- Process denials and withdrawals
- Reconcile deferred fees
- Real Estate Tax, Collateral, and Escrow Tracking and reconciliation
- GL Balancing of loan accounts
- Work with imaging department for assistance in document indexing
- Nebraska Energy Loans booking and tracking
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any document-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial industry
- Knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, and loan processing procedures
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate data entry and calculations
