Corporate Giving Director identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and implements strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Director manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Director maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Giving Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining all equipment including HVAC, cooking equipment, coolers, etc. in Double Quick, Church’s, and Krystal locations owned by Double Quick.

    This job was established for the purpose/s of providing services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs, installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all equipment, assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available while working at locations.

    Areas of Responsibility to Include (but not limited to):
     Responsible for the completion of all maintenance services requests as assigned.
     Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems, cooking, and other store equipment for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.
     Fabricates equipment parts for the purpose of meeting specialty needs and/or replacing unavailable parts.
     Informs personnel regarding procedures and/or status of work orders for the purposes of providing information for making decisions, taking appropriate action and /or complying with building and safety regulations.
     Inspects HVAC and cooler systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) for the purpose of evaluation condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventative maintenance.
     Installs heating and air conditioning equipment for the purpose of providing enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities.
     Maintains vehicle, tools, and equipment for the purpose of ensuring availability in safe operating condition.
     Participates in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions.
     Performs routine and preventative maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of all store equipment.
     Prepare written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information.
     Repairs heating, air conditioning, coolers, stoves, ovens, steam tables, and other systems and/or components (e.g. pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.). for the purposes of ensuring a comfortable and safe work environment.
     Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintain inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
     Responsible for minor plumbing stores.
     Transports a variety of tools, equipment and supplies for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at the job site.
     Work within expense limits established.
     Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
     Schedule and complete the “Preventative Maintenance Program”.
     Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled
     Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance
     Monitor and maintain all locations as assigned.
     Responsible for alerting the stores Area Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.
     Maintain a professional courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
     Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines.
     Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
     Follow established company policies and those outline in Employee Handbook.
     This job requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and or 10/20 pounds of force constantly.
     Special projects and other responsibilities may be determined.
