Corporate Giving Director identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and implements strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Director manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Director maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Giving Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Summary:
    As the Corporate Pricing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing scanning operations and ensuring the accurate scanning and receiving of products at our store locations. You will work closely with store managers, scanning coordinators, and corporate leadership to implement and maintain scanning procedures, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist various store locations with scanning and receiving operations including filling in for scanning coordinators, scanning assistants, and/or receivers.
    • Help stores maintain accurate pricing data in the store’s system.
    • Update and manage price tags and signage throughout the store.
    • Provide training and support to store personnel on scanning procedures, equipment operation, and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Communicate regularly with store managers, scanning coordinators, and corporate leadership to provide updates on scanning operations and address any concerns or issues.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to scanning operations.
    • Vendor relations & frequent communication, entering pricing and maintaining accurate up to date vendor price sheets.
    • Batch pricing to stores daily, including new items, price changes, TPR’s, and ad.
    • Assist the Sr Corporate Pricing Lead.
    • And other duties needed to help drive our mission statement and abide by our core values.


    Knowledge:

    • Understanding of scanning technology, including barcode scanners, handheld devices, and point-of-sale systems.
    • Knowledge of scanning protocols, standards, and best practices in the retail industry.
    • Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools for monitoring and improving scanning performance.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
    • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in scanning operations and data analysis.

    Abilities:

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements as needed.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Previous experience with scanning, preferably in a retail environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Availability to travel to store locations as needed.
