Title: Director of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving

Summary/Objective
As a member of the Institutional Advancement team, the Director of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving is responsible for the strategic planning, creation, implementation, and maintenance of alumni engagement programs that foster strong relationships and goodwill for the Lees-McRae College with alumni, donors, friends, parents, and current students. This position also oversees Annual Giving and is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating a strategic annual giving program that raises unrestricted and restricted gifts for Lees-McRae College through the solicitation of alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff and friends.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for alumni engagement, including identifying priorities, setting measurable goals and objectives, and measuring outcomes.2. Ensure gifts received by these methods are renewed; implement monthly giving and mid-level donor programs; work in coordination Assistant Director of Donor Relations to ensure donors are properly recognized.7.
