Education/Experience: Position requires an undergraduate degree in human resources or a business related degree. PHR, SHRM-CP, or SPHR highly desired.
Skill(s): Speak and understand English; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; proficient analytical and creative problem solving skills; valid driver's license.
Experience: 5 years of human resources management experience required. Well rounded knowledge of all areas of human resources. Experience in Senior Healthcare environment required. Prior multi-site experience is highly desired. Strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices within the senior living environment.

Responsible for strategic and operational management and development of human capital ensuring a strategically focused and fiscally responsible approach to providing the highest quality of service and effective, efficient and compliant operations by serving as a strategic member of the Executive Cabinet.
This individual will be a key member of the SpiriTrust Lutheran Executive Team and will be responsible for implementing and overseeing appropriate programs and practices to support the business objectives of the company, by building a high quality work environment and attracting and retaining world-class talent.
The position will be directly responsible for all the Human Resources services for the 900 team members in the Senior Living Services, and Heusner Office Center.
