We’re seeking an experienced IT/Reporting Manager for a Quick Serve Restaurant franchise group based in Louisiana . The IT/Reporting Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of restaurant computers and computer systems and will gather and compile various financial and operational reports. This position will require some travel within a 200-mile radius. Some call-out work may be required from time-to-time.
What You’ll Do:
POS Management/Maintenance (lead installs/swap-outs of equipment, respond to trouble calls, handle maintenance of digital menu boards)
Network Standardization /Maintenance (maintain network standards and PCI compliance)
Video Surveillance Systems Maintenance (maintain and operate video surveillance system hardware)
Reporting Systems (prepare and maintain financial and operational reports as requested and gather data from various operational systems)
Portal Administrator (add/delete/maintain user profiles for company resource portals)
Pricing Maintenance (provide data feed to pricing partners, analyze pricing recommendations, manage pricing on new menu items, adjust pricing on promotions and change pricing on regular menu items)
