Corporate Giving Manager identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and develops strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     International Subsidiary Banking (ISB) is CMB's international proposition which aims to provide banking coverage to the subsidiaries of Commercial Banking (CMB) customers within the Large Corporate and Mid-Market Enterprise segments. The ISB strategy is to provide consistent, in-depth and dedicated coverage across the HSBC network with the end goal to deepen our relationship with our customers. The ISB business is a significant contributor of revenue to CMB and consists of a network of dedicated bankers across more than 40 countries.

    Here's what you can expect:
    As our Corporate Relationship Manager, you will proactively grow international and cross border revenue from the existing customer portfolio and through targeted acquisition of new quality customers. This role involves extensive collaboration with other Global Businesses, Product and Service Partners to identify opportunities to connect customers to opportunities and strengthen the relationship. As a leader in the ISB group, you will develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service to position HSBC as the market leader in this segment.

    For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $101,700.00 and $152,500.00.

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of three years of proven and progressive commercial lending/credit training or equivalent experience
    • Well-developed credit, planning, negotiation, communication, sales, analytical and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to build personal relationships with current and potential clients
