Corporate Giving Manager identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and develops strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Corporate Giving Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Coördineren en reviewen van dossiers die zijn voorbereid door (senior) consultants.
    • Opleiding (senior) consultants
    • Geven van presentaties, zowel intern als aan klanten, over complexe juridische kwesties.
    • Bijdragen aan de planning en organisatie van het team.

    What do you bring to the table?

    • Master in de rechten, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een master in vennootschapsrecht of notariaat.
    • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in vennootschapsrecht en M&A.
    • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
    • Pragmatisch en kwaliteitsgericht.
    • Plannings- en organisatievaardigheden.
    • Besluitvaardigheid, veranderingsbereidheid en ontwikkelingsvermogen.
    • Sterke coaching skills en een commerciële feeling.
