Corporate Giving Manager identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and develops strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Corporate Giving Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Corporate Sourcing Manager – Corporate Services

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics preferred
    • 5-7 years of experience of progressive responsibility and experience in sourcing / purchasing
    • Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) / Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation or equivalent preferred.
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication / presentation skills
    • Detail oriented, professional demeanor, strong organization and project management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to be innovative, take initiative, lead, and manage change.
    • Strong project management skills and negotiation experience required including experience negotiating large and complex commercial agreements.
    • Ability to monitor and manage supplier relationships and performance.
    • Must be a proven expert in category planning, development & execution, as well as ability to achieve tangible results in competitive and non-competitive supplier negotiations both directly and as a coach to others.
    • Strong proficiency in Procure-to-Pay platforms as well as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Strong work ethic and ability to cultivate working relationships throughout the organization
    • Must be willing and able to travel for related business needs, as necessary.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Work with Corporate and Field leadership to develop strategic sourcing strategies for major categories within Corporate Services
    • Utilize the sourcing process to develop, implement and manage proposal activities, lead negotiations and completion of contracts with suppliers to maximize the benefits for the company
    • Analyze and leverage the Corporate Service spend across the business segments.
    • Ensure goods and services are procured in a manner which mitigates risk and provides the highest overall total value to the company through:
      • Supplier assessments and rationalization
      • Diverse spend
      • Negotiation strategy and execution to drive lowest total cost of ownership (TCO)
      • Continuous improvement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members in the company’s sourcing organization.
    • Develop and maintain a strong network and foster collaboration with key internal stakeholders and suppliers to gain input into demand planning and forecasting, asset in strategy development, advocate the use of the negotiated contracts and influence strategy implementation.
    • Builds cost models, identifying value and cost drivers, to drive for better understanding of costs and results during supplier negotiations.
    • Other duties as assigned.
