Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Description:
The Corporate Payroll Manager will manage all aspects of RBC Bearings payroll, across multiple divisions which are processed weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. They will be the point of contact for payroll activities and will ensure consistency across the organization in pay practices and pay compliance. The Payroll Manager will manage the HRIS vendor relationship (UKG) and manage 6 Payroll Specialist who process payroll for approximately 3500 employees.
