Corporate Giving Manager identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and develops strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Rudolph and Sletten has an immediate need for an in-house Corporate Communications Manager who will lead the organizations communications program and develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.
The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for executing all facets of company communications including, but not limited to, our corporate identity and branding, social media, website updating and content development, employee communications, industry award and ranking submissions, and developing the company magazine, work closely with Employee Engagement Committee to develop necessary content. This position collaborates with the Vice President of Business Development and manages a Marketing Assistant.
