Corporate Giving Manager identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and develops strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Corporate Giving Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. PAYROLL/HR MANAGER
· This individual needs to be from the automotive industry with hopefully the ability to work with the Reynolds & Reynolds DMS.
· This individual must possess demonstrated leadership and management skills, the ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism, be well organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage and meet deadlines.
· Has hiring, managing, training, and oversight of payroll staff
· Is directly responsible for initiating and/or monitoring the multiple processes required to successfully complete weekly and monthly payroll cycles
· Coordinating operations with all departments
· Performing all reconciliations related to payroll
· Reviewing and analyzing payroll and financial report
· Is responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws and guidelines.
· Is responsible for administration and management of all employee benefits
· Is also responsible for the maintenance of payroll related policies, operational procedures, and compliance reports
· Is responsible for required year-end reporting, including tax reporting and benefit audits, preparation of payroll related notes to the annual financial statements, and accrual journal entry development.
· Salary of $10,000.00/month to start.
