As Solutions Manager, you will join a world-class, high-energy team that is gritty, fun, and wildly collaborative. Working directly with the Senior Director, Annual Giving and cross-functionally with the Annual Giving team, you will learn about the processes and tools our teammates use daily, become a subject matter expert within our existing tools, and identify friction so that you can drive solutions to help build a more agile organization. Your work will help the Annual Giving team raise critical funds that empower Notre Dame students to be forces for good in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launching journeys within Marketing Cloud
- Building a roadmap and implementing a plan for integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Defining and implementing best practices for how the Annual Giving team leverages the capabilities of a new Salesforce CRM system
- Leveraging Google Analytics to learn from the performance of solicitation and engagement efforts
- Consistently driving the improvement of Notre Dame's online giving and campaign management tools
- Working with internal and external partners to communicate Notre Dame's needs and implement powerful solutions that solve complex problems
The ideal candidate has:
- Project management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience implementing SaaS projects
- Accountability and ownership
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- A commitment to the mission and values of the University of Notre Dame
- HTML and CSS experience
- Evidence of excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Evidence of initiative and accountability in professional roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages simultaneously
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL experience
- Marketing Cloud experience
- Salesforce experience
