Corporate Giving Manager jobs in Stamford, CT

Corporate Giving Manager identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and develops strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Corporate Giving Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist

    • Participate in an on-call support rotation to address critical service outages impacting offices in various locations.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience administering systems and networks in a Windows environment.
    • Strong expertise in:
      • Microsoft Windows and Windows Server
      • Microsoft Office Suite (recent versions)
    • In-depth knowledge of Windows Domain Administration:
      • Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
      • DHCP and DNS services
      • Security patch testing and deployment
      • Logon scripting and roaming profiles
    • Experience with:
      • Microsoft O365 suite administration
      • Supporting users in a Citrix virtual environment
      • Remote assistance tools

    Additional Assets:

    • Proven track record of planning and executing complex IT projects
    • Experience supporting users on mobile devices
    • Excellent project management, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field)
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience managing and configuring Cisco routers & switches
    • Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
    • Scripting/Automation skills
    • Prior experience supporting the financial industry
