Corporate Giving Manager identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and develops strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job duties, and expectations:
Please note this is a traveling position 50% of the time. This is an on-site position with 2 weeks at your assigned location and 1 week each at the other facilities between Indiana and Pennsylvania.

· Design, manage, and lead a Safety Program that addresses worker risk exposure including, but not limited to, lock-out tag-out, confined space, hazardous substances, noise, crane and overhead hazards, heat stress, etc.
· Continually shape safety culture via engaging employees at all levels of the organization about the importance and value of safety through face-to-face interaction and cross-functional teams
· Complete formal risk assessments, evaluating and prioritizing risks and developing corrective preventative action plans
· Investigate incidents. Identify root causes of issues and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Write reports detailing investigation and recommend preventative measures.
· Maintain incident database per location, producing reports, analyzing trends, and responding to inquiries about company performance, including OSHA record keeping.
· Directs the activities of the ESMS Coordinators at each location to achieve overall regulatory compliance of OSHA & Company requirements.
· Strong, self-driven, collaborative leader with high energy and an engaging personality with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
· Provides guidance on employee safety and adherence to OSHA regulations for Engineering projects
· Conduct EHS training sessions (live and virtual) as needed to support Company policies and procedures, including preparing training material.
· Coaching, mentoring, and training on a continuous basis for all staff.
· Support compliance by conducting field audits to ensure that Company & OSHA policies and procedures are being followed.
· Attend and complete continued OSHA training as needed to improve all aspects of safety and compliance for the Company.
· Create, implement, maintain safety policies and procedures
· Complete all OSHA related inspections for compliance.
· Reports status of safety initiatives and projects to senior managers
· Travel is required 50% of the time
· Be on-call as necessary for emergency call outs.
· Other duties as assigned.
Desired Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering or related field or relevant experience
· Minimum 3 years managing safety initiatives, projects, and programs in a manufacturing setting
· Completion of OSHA 30 training
· Knowledge and understanding of lock-out tag-out and confined spaces
· Knowledge of ergonomic principles
· Certified Safety Professional Certification (CSP) is a plus
· Experience in wood-related industries is a plus
· AutoCAD is a plus
