We have multiple locations with offices in Mount Vernon, Fredericktown, Delaware (Virtual), and Steubenville, Ohio. We’ve been serving our communities since 1939 and provide personalized insurance solutions to our clients. As an independent insurance agency we represent mutiple insurance companies in order to find the best fit for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team.

About this position

The Junior Account Manager position is our entry level position into the world of insurance. This position is a hybrid role of receptionist and account manager. You will receive an introduction to our office and working environment while we begin to add layers of insurance knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a team player, detail oriented, and motivated to learn. This role would support our current service & sales team and contribute to the success of our agency.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is variable, starting at $16 an hour plus bonuses with the average first year employee earning between $30,000 and $40,000 depending on the hours they work and how fast they learn insurance.
