Corporate Insurance Manager manages an organization's overall insurance programs. Analyzes insurance needs by identifying risk exposures and analyzing and classifying risks to provide optimum coverage, costs and claim settlements. Being an Corporate Insurance Manager conducts regular policy reviews, research and compile loss trends, review actuarial estimations. Administers systems to collect data and generate meaningful models and reporting to support decisions. Additionally, Corporate Insurance Manager coordinates policy renewals and applications. May administer self- insured plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Insurance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Corporate Insurance Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Key Responsibilities: As a Corporate Travel Sales Manager your primary responsibilities will include:

    1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize corporate travel revenue, ensuring it aligns with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate clients, meeting planners, and other key stakeholders. Understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized service to exceed their expectations.
    3. Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations and closure.
    4. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the hotel's banquet and catering teams to ensure seamless event execution, including menu planning, meeting space arrangements, and any special requests.
    5. Revenue Optimization: Work to achieve and exceed revenue targets by selling the hotel's meeting space and corporate travel rooms, while maximizing profitability through effective pricing strategies.
    6. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and local competition to stay competitive and identify opportunities for business growth.
    7. Event Promotion: Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to boost awareness and increase bookings for corporate events.
    8. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests and clients have an exceptional experience, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

    Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

    • Proven experience in sales and events management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
